Interview Skills Training for Hiring Managers

We conduct interview training workshops and one-on-one training to help managers improve/develop their interview skills and make better hiring decisions. During the workshop/training managers will:

    Psychometric Testing

    Psychometric Testing provides an objective method of determining the suitability of an applicant for a position, for a promotion or to provide career guidance. They enable you to gain a deeper insight into a candidate/individual's skills and abilities and reduce your recruitment costs by making better hiring decisions, ensuring that you place the right person (internal or external) into the right role.

    Psychometric testing allows you to:
  • Compare candidates' aptitude and cognitive abilities;
  • Determine whether candidates have the right personality fit for a position;
  • Assess candidates' accuracy, productivity, commitment and work ethic; and
  • Predict candidates' future sales performance.
